A surf movie without spoken words or monologues, Elixir has through the years maintained its freshness and stoke, sharing good times and fun waves with the best surfers of the day, all to the beat of an original electronic soundtrack.
Released during the summer of 2003, Playero Surf Cine's first ever surf film was filmed entirely in Puerto Rico on 16mm and Super8mm, featuring some of the best sessions in Aguadilla, Isabela, and Rincón.
The cast was quite young at the time - groms that have since evolved into WQS competitors, WCT aspirants, and freesurfing world travelers, the likes of Brian Toth, Dylan Graves, Ale Moreda, Tommy Bursian, Aron Geiger, Otto Flores, Alberto Licha, and more.
*We thought we had lost the original footage to DVD until a hard-drive resurfaced with the original footage/final cut and we were able to digitally "remaster" for the internet.
